Why can’t I scan the lead?
Ensure the app has camera access permission. You can check this in your phone’s settings.
It shows “No Internet Connection”
Please check that your phone is connected to the internet.
Scanning failed
Please ensure the lead is using the event paper badge. It might be from a different event.
